Our return and refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@zylohaven.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return shipping is free for orders over $75. For orders under $75, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
